BlendBPC157 / TB500
Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 / TB-500)
This blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single research vial, the most common pairing in published-style tissue repair research because the two peptides are thought to work through different mechanisms.
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice, studied mainly for its effects on angiogenesis, nitric oxide signaling and growth factor receptor expression in tendon, ligament and gastrointestinal models. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on thymosin beta-4, the main actin-sequestering protein in cells, studied for its role in cell migration and cytoskeletal remodeling. Combining a pro-angiogenic signal with an actin-regulating signal lets researchers study complementary repair pathways in a single preparation.
PhysIQ Peptides supplies this blend as a lyophilized powder, third-party tested for purity and identity, for in vitro and laboratory research use only.

Mechanism of Action
BPC-157 is reported to modulate the nitric oxide system and upregulate growth factor receptors such as VEGFR2, supporting angiogenesis in repair models. TB-500, through thymosin beta-4's actin-binding region, regulates actin polymerization and promotes cell migration. The two are studied together for their potentially complementary effects on vascular and cellular phases of tissue repair.
